Pricing

Payments are processed securely, and you’ll never be charged before your free evaluation. After your evaluation, payment depends on your chosen plan: Essential is pay-as-you-go, while Pro and Elite are invoiced monthly and paid in advance, with your first invoice due before your first lesson. Invoices are due within 7 days and are settled by bank transfer. No payment is taken on this website and no card details are entered here at any point.

Yes. On Essential you are paying lesson by lesson, so you simply stop and owe nothing further. Pro and Elite stop at the end of the month you have paid for. A ten-lesson pack runs for three months from purchase.

On the Pro and Elite plans, yes: with at least four hours’ notice we move the lesson free of charge and find a time that suits. Essential does not include rescheduling. On any plan, less than four hours’ notice means the lesson is charged in full, because the slot has been held and the tutor has prepared for it. If a pupil does not appear, the tutor waits twenty minutes before the lesson counts as taken.

Lessons are postponed until it is settled, and the reserved slot may be offered to another family. We do not charge interest on a late payment. We would always rather talk to you first, so tell us if something has gone wrong.
